Jury finds Ghislaine Maxwell responsible of costs tied to Jeffrey Epstein’s intercourse trafficking ring

A jury in New York has convicted British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of grooming minors for sexual abuse by the hands of Jeffrey Epstein. 

Maxwell, 59, pleaded not responsible to the costs stemming from her interactions with 4 teenage ladies from 1994 to 2004. During that span, Maxwell was romantically concerned with after which later labored for Epstein. She faces over 70 years in jail if convicted.

Maxwell opted to not testify in her personal protection at trial, and has denied the allegations detailed within the indictment and all claims of wrongdoing. 

The jury heard testimony from the 4 accusers on the middle of the case.
